Every tour is a walkthrough of an actual house recorded by the agent, brokerage or videographer who listed it, so you can see the layout, the light and the condition of a home before deciding whether it is worth your Saturday.

What kind of homes are here
The library covers single family houses, condos, townhomes, apartments, cabins, farms and ranches, land and luxury estates, in big metros and small towns alike. Some tours are of homes currently for sale, many are of homes that have already sold. Both are useful: a sold home tells you what a street actually looks like inside and what that layout really sold for.

Listing photographs are chosen to flatter. A walkthrough video shows you how rooms connect, how steep the stairs are, how small the third bedroom really is and what the neighbours look like out of the window.
